If you have a contract with us and one of the guarantee cases occurs, this page explains what is covered and how we start.

Service guarantee: two full years
The service guarantee runs two years (730 days) from the day the worker starts with you. From day 91 to the end of the two years, if any of the cases above occurs:
- The service amount is refunded pro rata to the remaining contract days: (service amount ÷ 730) × remaining days
- Only administrative expenses of up to 1% of the service amount, plus government fees due, may be deducted
- Paid within 15 days of the worker's return to the office
- Or, by written agreement, a replacement whose recruitment costs the office bears in full, guaranteed for the remaining period
- The service contract is insured with an approved insurer; you receive a copy of the policy at signing
Condition: The refund right is lost if there was fraud about the work conditions, salary unpaid for more than two consecutive months (or three in a year), immoral conduct, harassment or violence towards the worker, or a serious workplace danger left unaddressed. The office must be notified within 30 days of the event.
In plain termsIn plain terms: your guarantee is a full two years. After the first 90 days you get money back in proportion to the days left on the contract, or we bring a replacement at our cost. The only condition: pay the salary, treat her decently, and tell us within a month.

- Message us on WhatsApp with the contract number within 30 days of the event.
- We verify the case and the time remaining on the two-year guarantee.
- We take the worker back and cover her housing, food and care until she is sent home or her services are transferred.
- Within 15 days: we refund the amount due (in full in the first 90 days, pro rata to the remaining days after that) or start recruiting the replacement at our cost if agreed in writing.
