Recruitment fees cover the ticket, contract insurance and the two-year guarantee. Prices and timelines are estimates and may change according to government regulations and fees and the Minister of Labour's decision fixing the recruitment service amount.
What you pay the office, and what you pay separately
Included in the recruitment fee
- The worker's ticket to Muscat
- A two-year service guarantee by regulation: full refund within 90 days, pro-rata refund to the end of the two years
- Insurance on the service contract with an approved insurer, you receive a copy of the policy at signing
- Receiving the worker on arrival and moving her to the office's housing, plus housing, food and healthcare at the office's cost in the guarantee cases
- An orientation programme for the worker on local customs, her rights and duties, and how to raise a complaint
- Permit and visa procedures filed online at no extra fee, with an official receipt for every amount
- Performance follow-up for the contract term

Not included (paid separately)
- The worker's monthly salary (paid to her directly, as in the job offer)
- Government fees before arrival: permit, visa, medical attestation and contract registration
- Government fees after arrival: worker data, the medical in Oman and the labour card
- The worker's health insurance and residence card (not the contract insurance the office provides)
- The worker's housing and food after handover (on the employer from 48 hours after arrival)

Before the worker arrives
