  1. Before the contract

    Step 1: Choose the nationality

    Message us on WhatsApp. We walk you through the available nationalities, fees and expected timelines, and you choose what fits your household.

  2. Before the contract

    Step 2: Job offer, contract and deposit

    You sign the Ministry's model job offer, which is sent to the worker before she travels, then the model service contract, approved by the Ministry. A deposit is paid at signing and the balance on handover of the worker. No hidden charges, and an official receipt for every amount.

  3. Before arrival

    Step 3: Work permit and visa

    We file the Ministry of Labour work permit and the ROP visa online on your behalf, with no extra office fee.

  4. Before arrival

    Step 4: Medical examination and orientation

    The worker completes the approved medical examination in her country, attends the orientation programme on local customs, her rights and duties and how to reach the office or the authorities, and travel papers are finalised.

  5. Arrival and after

    Step 5: Travel and arrival

    We confirm the arrival time at least 48 hours ahead, receive the worker at Muscat airport and move her to the office's housing, or you collect her yourself if you prefer. The legal maximum is 45 days from the contract; if we exceed it without agreement you get a full refund plus 5% compensation.

  6. Arrival and after

    Step 6: Follow-up after arrival

    Within 48 hours the worker moves to your home, and within 30 days her residence, medical in Oman and employment contract are completed, we handle them with you. The two-year service guarantee starts on her first working day, and we follow up throughout the contract.
